WHAT’S OUR MISSION?

Chip Benjamin’s mission is to invoke social change by telling our communities’ stories through education and entertainment. By combining groundbreaking content with union-driven advocacy, the company ensures that every hand that builds culture shares in its ownership, equity, and legacy.

OUR VISION

Chip Benjamin will serve as a parent company of two subsidiaries (an IP Studio and a Music Union). This allows us to raise money from investors for IP projects while simultaneously keeping the union independent and mission-driven. Our vision is to create a home for creators and a place where stories are a blueprint to education and entertainment becoming remembrance of yesterday and the legacy of tomorrow. We’re a company that has nurtured our stories, artists are protected, and communities are uplifted. Historically black voices are met with the bare minimum. Visibility, without equity. For exposure, without ownership. We believe entertainment can be more : A place where artistry and education intersect. Providing protection is our objective. We’re producing IP that entertains while our union ensures artists are treated with dignity. Our success will not only be measured by what we produce, but in how every worker who touches our projects feels valued, respected, and immortalized in the legacy of the art.
